We’re looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our team at Barcelona Airport (BCN) for a short-term campaign throughout October 2026 .

Your Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you will:
- Welcome and engage with international customers in a friendly and professional way.
- Create memorable customer experiences and provide outstanding service.
- Present and promote our products, understanding customer needs and recommending the right products.
- Become a brand and product expert through training.
- Drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and team targets.
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Work closely with your team in a dynamic and multicultural airport environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a strong plus.
- A confident, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish – the interview will be conducted in English.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends .
- Comfortable working in a busy, international environment.
- A professional appearance and genuine passion for representing a brand.
What We Offer
- Short-term campaign throughout October 2026.
- 40 hours/week .
- Temporary employment contract.
- Salary: €1,600 gross/month fixed + up to €300 gross/month variable bonus , based on company target achievement.
