Experteer Overview
In this role, you shape Fever’s commercial product by turning data, owned IP, marketplace, and first-party audiences into repeatable offerings. You will drive closed-loop measurement, audience intelligence, and scalable integrations that power renewals and multi-year partnerships. You’ll act as a bridge between commercial aims and technical delivery, enabling the sales team with clear propositions and pricing logic. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role within Brand Partnerships that combines strategy, data, and product execution to scale Fever’s business.

• Build closed-loop measurement into a product to show campaign impact (spend, retention, engagement).
• Develop the first-party data layer into actionable, privacy-safe audience intelligence.
• Own technical scoping of integrations and translate commercial needs for Fever tech teams.
• Enable Sponsorship by delivering the infrastructure (membership, integration, measurement) for the commercial team.
• Package products for sales with clear propositions, pricing logic,
and pitch-ready materials.
• Collaborate across data, engineering, marketing and event operations to launch on time and to premium standard.
• Set the measurement standard for Brand Partnerships as the internal authority on proving campaign outcomes.
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in commercial product, partnerships product, ad-tech or related field with a track record of shipping sellable products.
• Fluent in measurement and attribution; able to turn data into a privacy-safe, sellable product.
• Experience bridging commercial and technical teams; capable of scoping integrations and briefing engineering.
• Experience building repeatable systems and blueprints that scale; not dependent on bespoke solutions.
• Entrepreneurial, builder mindset; comfortable in ambiguous, white-space environments.
• Ability to present product stories to senior stakeholders with clarity and polish.
