A private company operating in the aeronautics sector is currently seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) and Labor Relations Specialist to join their team on a full‑time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be providing comprehensive support to the organization in managing workplace health and safety compliance as well as labor relations.
Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated operational and administrative support in all matters related to Labor Relations.
- Supporting the implementation, management, and continuous monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure strict compliance with applicable legal frameworks, labor regulations, and workplace safety protocols.
- Assisting with employee documentation, workplace assessments, and general labor relations procedures within the company.
Qualifications
- A completed Master's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales - PRL) is essential.
- A university degree in either Labor Relations (Relaciones Laborales) or Law (Derecho) is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role handling OHS and labor relations tasks.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within an aeronautics environment.
Compensation & Terms
- Contract type: Permanent contract (contrato fijo).
- Work schedule: Full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday with rotating shifts (either 09:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00).
- Compensation: Gross annual salary between €25,000 and €28,000, determined according to your professional profile and relevant experience.
