Are you passionate about fitness, health, and motivating others? An educational and sports services company is looking for a dedicated Fitness Floor and Group Class Instructor to join the team at the Son Moix sports complex in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will help gym members reach their training goals in a dynamic, active community environment.

Responsibilities

- Monitoring and supervising the physical conditioning room to ensure safety and proper equipment use.
- Checking and managing access for subscribed members entering the gym floor.
- Leading and instructing guided group fitness classes.
- Assisting members with advice on technique and exercise routines.

What you need to bring to the role

- A completed Higher Vocational Training degree (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Physical and Sports Activities (Actividades Físicas y Deportivas)



or an equivalent sports-related qualification.
- No previous work experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity to build your career in the sports and fitness sector.
- A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and passion for sports instruction.

What is offered

- An interim contract (interinatge) with a duration of 6 months, starting on September 14, 2026.
- A part-time schedule of 23 hours per week.
- Fixed working hours: Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:00 to 21:30, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:00 to 22:00.
- A gross annual salary of 10,380 EUR distributed across 12 monthly payments.
- Workplace located at Poliesportiu de Son Moix, Camí de Son Moix, 6, Palma.
