Are you an experienced painter looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in Mallorca? A construction company is currently hiring two skilled painters (Oficial 1ª) to join their team in Calvià. If you take pride in delivering clean, high-quality finishes across both residential and commercial projects, this role offers a secure full-time position on the island.
In this role, you will handle a broad variety of interior and exterior painting projects. Your core tasks will include:
- Carrying out preparatory work such as filling, puttying, sanding, and applying primers
- Handling interior painting, lacquering, varnishing, wallpapering, and specialized surface treatments
- Executing exterior painting, facade coating, and ongoing facade maintenance
- Working on property renovation, refurbishment, and rehabilitation projects
- Performing precise repair work and surface touch-ups
To be considered for this position, you should bring solid hands‑on craftsmanship and meet the following criteria:
- At least 6 months of professional painting experience (Oficial 1ª level)
- Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent)
- A valid Category B driving licence
- Reliable, self-driven working style and attention to detail on site
What is offered:

- A gross annual salary of €26,971.96, with potential salary increases based on performance and value
