What will you do?

- Build and manage a portfolio of new business clients in the German market
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' business goals and recommending tailored Google Ads solutions
- Generate new business through outbound sales activities and identify opportunities to increase advertising investment
- Develop high-performing PPC campaigns that drive measurable business results
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Identify customer needs and provide strategic digital marketing recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and market trends while delivering outstanding service
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience

Candidate profile





- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
- C2 level of German and a high level of English (both written and spoken).
- Proven sales and/or marketing experience (2+ years preferred), with a track record of winning over clients in high-stakes, target-driven environments.
- Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach; experienced in improving CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of German business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
- Awareness of local regulations, specifically GDPR and data privacy, to ensure compliant outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; ability to persuasively explain complex ideas and handle sophisticated ROI questions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with the ability to work independently while collaborating actively with a team.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to conduct competitor analysis and analyze market trends to inform strategic positioning.
