Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage and monitor a portfolio of Corporate Loans and Funds Financing, with potential expansion into Project Finance and related areas. You will work with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure timely, compliant, and risk-aware post-closing administration. You will actively identify risks and opportunities, supporting origination, structuring, and ongoing portfolio management in a dynamic, international environment. This is a chance to contribute to risk management and profitability in a leading Iberian financial institution.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support origination and structuring teams during pre-closing to ensure a smooth handover to portfolio management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Origination, Relationship Management, Risk, Legal, Operations, and support units through regular meetings
• Independently manage lenders' requests and post-closing events (amendments, waivers, consents, restructurings) coordinating with clients, lenders, Risk, and legal counsel
• Monitor financial covenants, guarantees,



security packages, and contractual obligations using internal systems and monitoring tools
• Maintain relationships with Agent Banks, borrowers, sponsors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
• Oversee transaction documentation and communication platforms, especially in syndicated facilities where BBVA acts as Agent Bank
• Provide asset management oversight with sector-focused risk identification and opportunity spotting
• Support optimization of risk-adjusted profitability and regulatory capital use
• Contribute to the development of department’s tech and reporting infrastructure
• Identify emerging risks and coordinate mitigation with business and risk teams
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of portfolio information across internal systems
