Motorworld Mallorca is an extraordinary destination situated right on the MA-19 between Palma and the airport. Across an 80,000 m² venue featuring the 2,400 m² Motorworld Mobility Hall, ten themed conference rooms, and the exclusive Drivers Lounge coworking space, it provides a fascinating backdrop for corporate meetings, galas, and events for 2 to 2,000 guests. To strategically expand and establish this premium venue within the international MICE and event market, you will take on a pivotal full-time role as Senior Event Sales Manager.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Proactively driving sales, acquiring new national and international clients, and conducting on-site venue viewings.
- Preparing customized proposals, managing calculations, and leading contract negotiations through to closing.
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering large-scale business events, conferences, and celebrations in line with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating internal departments as well as external service providers and partners.
- Developing targeted marketing and sales strategies, conducting competitor analyses, and expanding your network of event agencies and corporate organizers.

What you bring to the role:





- Completed vocational training or a university degree in event management, tourism, or a related field.
- Multi-year professional track record in event sales, venue marketing, or the MICE industry.
- Strong expertise in new client acquisition, contract negotiation, and complex event formats.
- High degree of initiative, structured working approach, resilience, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Business fluent communication skills in English, German, and Spanish (written and spoken), as well as confident use of MS Office applications.
