You will own high-impact Sev1/Sev2 incidents from triage to permanent resolution, working with Engineering, Product, and senior stakeholders.
You will lead incident war rooms, drive root cause analysis, and mentor teams on best practices in reliability and observability while shaping the customer experience at scale.
