To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, our Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to lead a high-performance general marketing team and help us grow in the fast-paced advertising environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Branding & Positioning: Develop and implement Adwake’s branding and positioning strategy in alignment with global Corporate Entravision standards, ensuring the correct use of the brand across all available channels.
- Sales Marketing: Support the sales team with strong sales materials, client initiatives, and prospect outreach.

- Insights Generation: Supervise the overall content strategy of the department across all channels, including social media, the website, case studies, PR, and others.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Design an area KPI dashboard and weekly/monthly monitoring systems. Work on the annual budget and monitor expenses monthly in collaboration with the finance team.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, lead, and develop a strong marketing team (including product marketing and design).

What you need to have:

- 3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B role), including expertise in events, account-based marketing, project management.
- Prior knowledge in the world of digital marketing, mobile applications and advertising.
- Managed marketing P&L.;
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Super organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex regional communications opportunities to promote thought leadership content to engage prospects at the top of the funnel.
- Proven capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross-functionally.
