The project is that you bring your talent and your ambition to a market-leading tech scale-up transforming business communications across Europe. Fonio is Europe's market leader for AI phone agents designed for SMBs, scaling rapidly from $1M to $10M ARR in under 12 months with over 10,000 customers. Moving fast and expanding globally into new products, they champion direct feedback, ownership, and zero politics. You'll join a high-velocity environment and play a key role in accelerating their growth in the Spanish market.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As a Spanish-speaking SDR, you'll own the entire Spanish-speaking top of funnel, driving engagement from initial contact through to qualified demo handoffs for the Account Executives.

- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis
- Execute multi-channel outbound outreach across phone, email,



and LinkedIn while testing new channels
- Build, test, and optimise outreach sequences based on data and performance hypotheses
- Shape and refine SDR processes within a fast-scaling startup environment
- Assist with initial customer onboarding to ensure seamless account setups
- Travel to Vienna for a temporary 1 month onboarding period to immerse yourself in company culture

- Native Spanish speaker with fluent/good command of English
- 1+ years of sales experience, ideally focused on outbound outreach, telesales, or B2B SaaS
- High drive to maximize output and motivation by uncapped commission structures
