Bioma, a fast-growing eight-figure wellness brand producing 800+ creative assets monthly, is seeking a Creative Strategy Lead. You’ll partner with the CMO and Acquisition team to shape creative strategy that drives growth across products, markets, and paid channels.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of about 10, build scalable creative systems, and ensure decisions are driven by customer insight, performance data, and structured testing.
