What You'll Be Doing
Build Develop and Grow a Market

Develop and execute a country-wide go-to-market strategy for EV charging solutions.
Identify, recruit, and manage key channel partners including installers, distributors, system integrators,



and charge point operators(CPOs).
Establish a sustainable partner ecosystem that accelerates market penetration and long-term growth.
Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and technical forums to strengthen brand awareness and generate new opportunities.

Drive Sales Revenue and Commercial Success
Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue delivery.
Secure new business opportunities while expanding existing partner relationships.
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with wider commercial teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximise account value.
Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements.
Influence Product and Market Strategy
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, regulatory developments, and government incentive schemes.
