Tasks

- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients
- Develop and refine recipes with a creative, innovative approach
- Work with fermentations, dry-aging, and house-made products
- Maintain high kitchen standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Collaborate with a passionate team, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality control guidelines

Requirements





- Culinary experience (fine dining is a plus, Michelin-star background is even better)
- Strong work ethic and a passion for cooking
