QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Journalism, or any related field (preferred but not required if with strong experience).

- At least 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

- Proficient in creating engaging content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn .

- Skilled in photography, videography, and video editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software .

- Knowledgeable in creating short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and current social media trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.

- Creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling, branding, and marketing.

- Comfortable appearing on camera for promotional videos, live selling, company events, and interviews.

- Ability to conceptualize, plan, shoot, edit, and publish content independently.





- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or other social media analytics tools is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of construction, architecture, interior design, or real estate is a plus.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Willing to travel to project sites, showrooms, and company events for content production.

- Must have a portfolio showcasing previous content creation, photography, videography, or social media campaigns.

- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to contribute fresh, innovative ideas that strengthen the SmartHouse brand. These skills align well with the company's focus on showcasing prefabricated homes, modular buildings, and construction projects through digital platforms.
