Responsibilities
- Ownership of increasing the number of creators and creator agency partnerships with key results and driving high-quality growth in TikTok Commerce.
- Ownership for community channel management via lark group, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct creator management activities & partner education.
- Great communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with creators and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset;
- Assist in conducting & tracking creator campaign & promotional activities; Analyze performance trends, distilling insights that help to improve our creator campaigns;
- Will help the team operate simple OBS livestream, production, and camera-work. Help the team manage branded and creator initiated livestreams for our top creators and celebs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, to communicate effectively with agency partners and internal cross-functional stakeholders in an international working environment.
- Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is required, as the role involves regular collaboration with Spanish-speaking external agency partners and Chinese-speaking internal cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and a proactive mindset, with the ability to take responsibility for tasks and drive them forward independently.
