As a Property Management Coordinator at Ukio, your primary responsibility is to investigate and address maintenance issues that arise in Ukio's properties due to structural problems within the apartment, building, or issues related to landlord appliances. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including landlords, insurance providers, external maintenance parties, Ukio´s acquisition,accounting and legal team.
