Your Mission
You'll be at the heart of the business, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Retail Partners to create winning shopper experiences and drive sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where your ideas, creativity, and commercial mindset will make a visible impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing
✅ Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing activities across Spain and Portugal, ensuring successful product launches and retail campaigns.




✅ Partner closely with Sales and key retail customers to identify growth opportunities, develop category initiatives, and strengthen brand visibility at the point of sale.
✅ Translate shopper, consumer, and market insights into actionable trade marketing strategies that drive engagement and business performance.
✅ Manage trade marketing budgets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimize activities based on results and learnings.
✅ Collaborate with Marketing teams, international colleagues, external agencies, and retail partners to deliver impactful activations, events, and best-in-class execution.
What Will Help You Succeed
