Responsibilities:
Build social media into a measurable lead and revenue generation channel through social selling.
Develop and test content, messaging, offers, and customer journeys to generate qualified leads.




Run and optimize paid social experiments across content, audiences, and approaches.
Analyze leads, conversion, and revenue performance to identify what works and improve results.
Turn successful approaches into playbooks, best practices, and sales training to scale social commerce across the sales team.
Requirement & Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in social commerce, performance marketing, digital sales, growth, or related fields.
Strong understanding of social media, customer acquisition, and conversion.
Hands-on experience with paid social advertising and experimentation.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect social activities to leads, conversion, and revenue.
Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.
Strong communication, training, and coaching skills.
