The Role

As a University Recruiter at Veeva, you will be a critical growth driver for our Consultant Development Program (CDP) across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain.

In this role,



you will lead top-of-funnel candidate attraction, source diverse early careeer talent, build relationships with leading European institutions, and deliver an exceptional candidate pre-boarding experience. You will operate with speed, focus, and a high level of individual accountability—embodying our core values of Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.

What You'll Do

Proactive Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage top-tier early-career talent across Western Europe. Direct sourcing, referral channels, and targeted outreach in partnership with Talent Marketing
Assessment & Regional Alignment: Review and process candidate applications
Campus Partnerships & Events: Plan, attend, and execute university career events, technical fairs, and campus info sessions across target locations to position Veeva as an employer of choice
Community & Referral Pipeline: Build and nurture a dedicated, long-term
