What You Will Do





You will own a portfolio of existing accounts and build new opportunities within them. You will make sure every account in your portfolio grows, renews and becomes a reference. You are the person clients trust: the one who understands their business and brings them the right solution before they ask for it.

Account management & client relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, going beyond support to become a genuine business partner. Anticipate their needs before they surface as problems, coordinate with Presales, CS and Product to deliver the right solution at the right moment, and own the outcome.
Account expansion & revenue growth: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities driven by client needs, not quota calendars. Manage renewals proactively and keep an accurate pipeline for forecasting. No surprises in the numbers.
