HUGO BOSS Iberia is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with experience in a similar role to join its head office based in Madrid.
As HRBP , you will be part of the company's Human Resources team and work in close collaboration with the Retail Department. You will act as the central link between Human Resources and the retail team; your main function will be to ensure alignment with the commercial strategy and provide support in achieving the company's KPIs.
Position details:




- Permanent full-time contract.
- 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
- Position based in Madrid.
- Possibility of working remotely 2 days per week.
- The role requires occasional travel to different stores and business areas.

What you can expect:
HR Operations Management:
- Daily support and advisory for operational and support functions across the different points of sale.
- Management of disciplinary procedures and follow-up of disputes within your scope, in collaboration with the Store Manager, Area Manager or relevant manager.
- Participation in budget exercises in support of management.
- Support in recruitment operations and staff changes in collaboration with Area Managers and the Recruitment team.

Personnel Administration:
- Creation of employee files and administrative follow-up for each employee, in collaboration with other HR departments.
- Participation in monitoring HR-related dashbo
