What You’ll Do
As a Playable Ads Developer , you will work at the intersection of game development, creative technology, design and art. You will build interactive, playable ads, prototypes and reusable creative systems that help our teams test ideas,



showcase game mechanics and deliver engaging experiences for User Acquisition campaigns.
- Build interactive playable ads, prototypes and lightweight game experiences for mobile User Acquisition campaigns
- Translate creative briefs, game mechanics and visual concepts into engaging, responsive and production-ready playable experiences
- Develop playable content using Unity, C#, HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript and relevant game frameworks
- Work directly with 2D and 3D assets, including characters, environments, UI, animation, VFX, lighting, materials and camera setups
- Adapt and optimize assets from existing game projects for use in lightweight playable experiences
- Make thoughtful decisions around composition, colour, motion, pacing, interaction design and visual clarity
- Create intuitive onboarding flows, gameplay interactions, end cards and calls to action that communicate the core mechanic quickly
