About the Role
We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Madrid team in a full-time, hybrid role. You'll be the main point of contact for clients navigating rental property transactions, guiding them through every stage with a consultative, service-first approach. Partial work-from-home flexibility is available.

What You'll Do
Build and manage relationships with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle




Advise clients on residential and commercial property opportunities in the Madrid market
Negotiate terms on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes
Stay current on local real estate regulations, market trends, and pricing
Represent SafeStays' premium brand standards in every client interaction

What We're Looking For
Bilingual Spanish-English or Bilingual English-Italian required
Strong sales acumen and real estate market knowledge
Skilled negotiator with a client-first mindset
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple relationships at once
Familiarity with Madrid's real estate regulations and practices
