ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading the Business Enablement portfolio across architecture, infrastructure, networking, cyber security, and related enabling capabilities.




The role ensures portfolio investments and delivery priorities are aligned with SITA for Aircraft strategic objectives and deliver measurable business and operational outcomes. Leading a team of project professionals, the Project Portfolio Manager provides governance, financial oversight, resource planning, and delivery leadership across a portfolio of complex cross-functional initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Portfolio Leadership & Delivery
Lead the Business Enablement portfolio, translating strategic priorities into integrated roadmaps and delivery plans.
Oversee project and programme delivery, ensuring business outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Manage portfolio priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints while ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value.
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and project professionals.
