The position is part of the Iberia Business Unit, reports into the Supermarket Lead North Iberia.

In Brief, You Will Take Ownership Of

Managing and developing key customers in Cataluña
Lead the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process with customers, building long-term growth plans aligned with customer strategy and Kraft Heinz priorities
Translate long-term customer plans into clear short- and mid-term commercial actions that deliver results
Lead customer negotiations and build strong commercial partnerships that create mutual value
Own the customer agenda end to end, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and execution excellence across assigned accounts
Deliver sales, profitability, market share, and execution targets for the assigned customers
Work cross-functionally with key internal teams to ensure strong execution and high-quality delivery of customer plans
Use data, insights, and market understanding to identify opportunities, solve issues fast,



and drive better decisions
Act with ownership and accountability, simplifying complexity and keeping the business moving with pace and focus

Qualifications

Hard Skills and Capabilities

Job Position based in Cataluña
University Degree, preferably from a Business School
At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in a commercial role in FMCG based in Cataluña
Proficiency in Spanish and English is required
