Em Sherif is looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our team in Madrid.

? Position: Floor Manager
? Location: Madrid, Spain

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor and ensure smooth service.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team.
Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain Em Sherif’s high standards.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to service standards.
Assist with staff training and development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Floor Manager, or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
Strong knowledge of fine dining / upscale restaurant operations.
Excellent communication,



leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong advantage. Arabic is a plus.
Based in Madrid
