Role Description The IT Administrator role at TONICOM RED SL is a full-time, on-site position based in Serra. The IT Administrator will manage and maintain local networks, servers, and hardware, ensuring stable and secure daily operations. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, installing and updating software, managing user accounts and permissions, and performing regular backups. The role also involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing security best practices,



and collaborating with colleagues to support their IT needs. The IT Administrator will provide on-site customer and internal user support, document procedures, and contribute to IT improvement projects.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Network Administration and Network Security to manage, monitor, and protect local and wide-area networks.
Strong foundation in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to handle hardware, software, and system issues efficiently.
Customer Service skills to support internal users and external stakeholders with clear communication and solution-focused assistance.
Experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and basic server management.
Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols, along with adherence to data protection practices.
