We are looking for an ESG Specialist to join our team in Madrid, responsible for supporting the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the company's ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)



strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving sustainable value creation for the business.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization's ESG strategy, aligned with business objectives, risk management and asset‑level realities
Support the integration of ESG criteria into investment decisions, asset management, development projects and property operations
Proactively suggest new ESG initiatives and partnerships (e.g., community programmes in shopping centres, student well‑being initiatives in PBSA, health & wellness in offices)
Identify ESG risks and opportunities in the portfolio and coordinate the collection and analysis of ESG data (environmental, social, and governance) across different departments
Prepare sustainability reports in compliance with international standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD/ESRS)
Ensure compliance with European and Spanish regulations on sustainab
