The People Partner role has been designed to strengthen the Immunoassay & Digital Solutions People Function model by owning Employee Journey, Employer Branding, People Analytics, Digital HR, Culture & Engagement and continuous improvement initiatives, enabling People Business Partners to focus on strategic business partnership while accelerating the team's digital, AI and data-driven capabilities.

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP People Function Immunoassay and Digital Solutions, the People Partner Digital & Analytics is responsible for leading and continuously improving key People Function initiatives across the employee lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner for employee experience, employer branding, talent initiatives, culture, engagement, people data quality, digitalization and analytics. The role is designed to strengthen the People Function operating model by increasing execution capacity, improving process scalability, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting the evolution of the team toward more digital,



analytical and AI-enabled ways of working.
The People Partner works closely with the People Business Partners to deliver impactful people initiatives, strengthen the employee journey, improve digital adoption and ensure operational excellence across People processes. The position plays a critical role in helping the People Function become increasingly employee-centric, scalable and data-driven.

Key Accountabilities

Employee Journey & Employee Experience
Own and continuously improve the employee journey across key lifecycle moments.
Maintain and continuously improve employee-facing materials, employee manuals and internal People resources.
Drive employee experience improvements through employee feedback, process reviews and data analysis.
Support employee engagement, culture and wellbeing initiatives across the site.
