Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join our team in Marbella. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on leading and developing the sales team, creating effective sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing sales strategies and achieving targets
• Leading, mentoring and motivating the sales team
• Monitoring sales performance and market trends
• Building relationships with clients and key partners
• Recruiting and developing sales professionals
• Collaborating with marketing, operations and property management teams
Qualifications
• Strong sales and team management experience
• Proven ability to build and scale sales teams
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
• Analytical and results-driven approach
• Experience in real estate sales or property investment is highly beneficial
• Fluency in English; an additional European language is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
