As an Account Management Specialist, you will drive operational excellence by bridging internal operations and technical account management delivery.



You will ensure that every billing cycle, service validation, and client input meets our highest standards of precision, operational quality, and strict SLA adherence across all markets.
This is not just about executing invoicing processes; it is about serving as a trusted operational expert providing accurate insights on client portfolios and ensuring our cross-functional stakeholders have the clarity and confidence needed to scale operations seamlessly, every single cycle.

What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end monthly invoicing for a designated client portfolio. Collect and validate service records, consolidate variable elements such as expenses and adjustments, prepare invoices in line with contractual terms, and ensure accurate and timely delivery in accordance with internal quality standards.
