What You'll Do
As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, you are the operational backbone of the business, ensuring that financial performance, business data, and operational processes remain accurate, efficient, and aligned. Here's what that looks like:

Own the forecasting process: Monitor forecast accuracy, track order backlog and budget performance, and identify, analyze, and communicate variances, risks, and opportunities.
Support business operations execution: Manage and coordinate key processes related to contract administration, billing activities, revenue management, and operational reporting.
Deliver meaningful business insights: Prepare and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
