We’re looking for an experienced and driven commercial virtuoso to build Soula’s B2B pipeline from the ground up It is the first commercial hire who will own how we bring our women’s wellbeing platform to employers. This is a build role: there’s no playbook to inherit yet. It is an opportunity to join the fast-growing business with the real mission in its early stages, shape the company’s roadmap, and drive positive impact in the corporate world.

Soula is an AI-powered ecosystem for women’s emotional wellbeing and self-discovery — a private space to be heard, understand what you’re feeling, and find steady ground. Having reached over 5M+ women with our AI-powered application, we’re launching a corporate offering for one honest reason: employers hold the budget and the reach to make this kind of support available to women who’d never otherwise seek it out.
What you’ll actually do
You’ll own the outcome and the B2B commercial process from start to finish (this doesn’t mean doing everything alone — it means being accountable for whether this works).
Define who we sell to and why they should care — turning “women’s wellbeing” into a business case an HR can champion internally.
Conduct the direct personalised outreach (LinkedIn, email, events) to generate new leads and opportunities
Figure out the motion — selling direct, through partners, or a hybrid — based on what the early deals tell us. It means testing parallel motions and tactics, learning, and iterating.
Run the first deals yourself, end to end, from first conversation to signed contract. This is how you’ll discover what works.
Manage the first book of clients to help build long-term relationships.
Develop relationships with partners, intermediaries, ecosystems players, media, and influencers to raise awareness and build the long-term pipeline of opportunities.
Design the necessary commercial assets (email templates, decks, ROI calculators, etc).
