At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / AI Tech Lead to join a leading company in the Retail & eCommerce sector and play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise AI solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on AI expert with strong technical leadership skills who is passionate about building, deploying, and scaling cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions in a large-scale environment.

? Main responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments.
Build Generative AI applications including AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG architectures, and AI Copilots.
Define AI architecture standards and best practices.
Lead technical decisions and mentor AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
Drive MLOps initiatives, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful AI products.

? Who are you?

5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,



or Advanced Analytics.
Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production environments.
Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead AI Engineer, or similar senior role.
Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
Advanced Python development skills and solid software engineering foundations.
Experience with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, and services such as Azure OpenAI.
Strong understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and model lifecycle management.
Knowledge of scalable architectures, distributed systems, and AI governance.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
Professional-level English.

Nice to have:

Experience within Retail or eCommerce environments.
Knowledge of Databricks, Vector Databases, and Azure AI Foundry.
