About This Team

The Community team at lululemon is responsible for creating, developing and executing regional marketing strategies that inspire and connect key stakeholders, building brand awareness, brand familiarity and brand love across our key markets.





The Community Marketing Lead is a people and wellbeing industry leader whom collaborates with key stakeholders and partners to create and implement localised marketing strategy that supports overall brand marketing tactics to acquire new guests.

Core Responsibilities

Deliver quarterly elevated community programming and experiences through local run, train and yoga partners across key cities in India at key brand campaign and/or cultural moments on the calendar.
Act as the marketing relationship holder for the most premium and relevant gyms, studios, run clubs and shopping centres to design and manage bespoke partnerships to grow awareness, seed our core products, and acquire new guests.
Project manage the 360-marketing strategy for New Store Openings and New Market Entry, delivering the strategy and executing in close collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive the retail business.
