Data Engineer

focused on building end-to-end data pipelines to support AI-driven marketing. Location: Sant Cugat | Hybrid (2 days on-site). Salary: Up to 55k + performance bonus.
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain

ETL and reverse ETL pipelines

using

GCP ,

dbt , and

Airbyte
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to define data requirements
Extract and integrate data from multiple tools and platforms
Optimize and maintain our

data warehouse

for performance and reliability
Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and implement continuous improvements
Support ML model deployment and maintenance
3+ years of experience designing and building

large-scale data systems

(ETL/ELT,



modeling, warehousing)
Strong

Python

and

advanced SQL

skills
Hands-on experience with

Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with

Airflow ,

Prefect , or

Temporal

for orchestration
Knowledge of

Big Data technologies

(Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
Nice-to-have

Experience with

dbt

and

Airbyte
Exposure to

ML deployment

and

ad-tech environments
Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
