About the Role

As Global Category Manager in Digital Procurement, you will own end-to-end category strategy for Software, IT Services, and Strategic Hardware across all Sanofi entities worldwide. You will lead complex negotiations, manage strategic supplier relationships, deliver best-in-class savings, and drive Sanofi's AI-powered procurement transformation.
What You'll Do

Strategy & Innovation Design and execute competitive category strategies grounded in market intelligence, risk assessment,



and long-range business planning
Drive supplier market expertise and identify emerging technologies, new suppliers, and service models
Contribute to Sanofi's AI-powered procurement transformation ("agentification")
Operations & Delivery Build and maintain a sub-category roadmap with a project and savings pipeline aligned to budget cycles
Deliver year-over-year world-class savings targets and optimize Business Operational Impact (BOI)
Lead strategic negotiations — globalization programs, harmonization initiatives, and critical supplier escalations
Establish risk mitigation plans underpinned by supplier assessments and scorecards
Stakeholder Management Engage senior leaders across Global Business Units and Support Functions to ensure procurement strategies are business-aligned
Partner with Country Procurement Heads to translate general strategies at the local level
