Job Description
We are seeking an experienced

Senior Backend Engineer

to design, develop, maintain, and evolve backend services and cloud-based platforms. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions while contributing to product evolution through strong software engineering practices.
You will work in a modern technology environment built around

containerized applications, distributed architectures, Kubernetes-based deployments, and CI/CD processes . The position also involves driving engineering excellence through automation, quality assurance, modern development tools, and AI-assisted development solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills
At least

2 years of development experience in Go ,

OR
Strong

Java

development experience combined with

React

experience.
Hands-on experience with

Docker

and

Kubernetes .




Experience designing, developing, and maintaining

backend services and APIs .
Experience working in

CI/CD environments , preferably using

GitHub Actions .

Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience designing and implementing automated testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
Strong understanding of software quality practices, testing methodologies, and test automation.
Experience with continuous integration, deployment, and delivery processes.
Experience managing and consuming artifacts with tools such as

Artifactory .
Experience using

feature flags

or progressive rollout mechanisms.
Experience with

AWS

and cloud-native services.
Experience with

React .
Experience with

Java .
Knowledge of

distributed systems

and

microservices architectures .
Experience with

SQL and/or NoSQL databases .
Knowledge and application of

Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

principles.
Experience with
