Click&Boat; seeks a Head of Paid Acquisition to lead our paid strategy from Barcelona, owning growth across markets and driving revenue and margin goals. You’ll manage a team of three, shape multi-channel campaigns, and report directly to the Executive Board and Boats Group stakeholders.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Tech and Data to optimise attribution, landing pages, and AI-enabled targeting, while maintaining strong vendor relations and integral alignment.
