Contract Management Officer – International Organizations & European Institutions

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing contractual processes, and ensuring operational excellence in a multicultural environment.

What will you do?

Manage Framework Contracts

and contractual processes related to

International Organizations and European Institutions .

Collect, register and coordinate

work order requests , ensuring compliance with deadlines, contractual requirements and quality standards.

Maintain

daily communication

with consultants, customers and partners regarding

contractual and delivery-related matters .

Coordinate the

preparation,



review and submission

of technical and financial proposals.

Perform

document quality

reviews,

contractual audits

and

compliance checks .

Process and maintain records of specific

contracts, contractual documentation and performance-related information .

Follow up on

invoicing processes , ensuring

supporting documentation is collected

and

contractual conditions are met .

Provide

administrative support

for meetings, agenda coordination, minute-taking and follow-up actions.

Manage

filing, archiving and document management

activities.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree

in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field.

Masters Degree desirable.

At least 3 years of experience

in

contract administration, project coordination, operations support or similar administrative roles.

Experience working with

contractual documentation, reporting process
