Position Overview

We are seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead pastry operations, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes while maintaining the highest standards of health, hygiene, and quality.

Responsibilities

- Organize pastry batch operations, prepare and serve dishes, and supervise the pastry brigade.
- Prepare necessary materials and equipment in advance.
- Maintain a clean and replenished work area.
- Coach, counsel, and discipline staff who violate hotel policies or departmental procedures, providing constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Recycle wherever possible and implement cost‑saving measures.
- Communicate any difficulties, guest feedback, or relevant information to management.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food.





Qualifications

- At least two years of experience in a similar pastry position.
- Open‑minded, EU citizenship, and studies suitable for the role.
- High orientation to service, customer focus, and results.
- Proficient in Spanish or English; other languages are a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in 5‑star/luxury hotel environments.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
