Define, design, and continuously improve end-to-end product data processes and related business use cases

Translate business requirements into structured process definitions, functional specifications, and system implementation requirements

Drive process harmonization, governance, and adoption across functions and regions

Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Technical Experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of product data solutions

Define test scenarios, test plans, and test cases based on business requirements and acceptance criteria

Coordinate and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring business process and system readiness

Document process definitions, best practices, testing outcomes, and improvement opportunities

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives

Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge documentation to support product data processes and tools

Plan and deliver user training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities





Support continuous improvement of product data tools, processes, and user adoption across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification

Relevant experience in product data, process management, digital tools, ERP, PLM, MDM, or similar business system environments

Strong understanding of product data lifecycles and end-to-end business processes across ERP, PLM, and related systems

Experience translating business requirements into process definitions, use cases, and functional specifications

Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies

Familiarity with Agile ways of working and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

Strong analytical and problem-solvi
