Stibo DX, the company behind the Cue multimedia enterprise platform, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Vice President to lead and develop the company’s global sales organization. As part of Stibo DX’s continued growth journey, you will play a key role in accelerating customer acquisition and expanding the company’s position across strategic global markets.

As SVP Global Sales, you will be a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team and play a central role in shaping and executing Stibo DX’s integral growth strategy. We are looking for a true force multiplier: a leader who builds high-performing teams, creates commercial momentum, and delivers results through others.



Success in this role comes from building capabilities, coaching the team, and creating scalable commercial systems rather than relying on personal deal execution.

You will lead a multi-regional sales organisation, consisting of six employees plus the leader, located across Europe, North America and APAC, and drive commercial performance while helping accelerate Stibo DX’s position as a global leader in digital content platforms for media.

Based in Europe, and reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment across the entire commercial organisation. You will lead growth initiatives across key markets including UK & Ireland, France, Spain, DACH, North America, and Japan, while also supporting growth initiatives across APAC.
