In this role you will own the employee lifecycle for ABB Robotics’ regional clusters, ensuring precise HR data and a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding. You will harmonize processes across legacy ABB and SoftBank-acquired teams to deliver a unified “One Robotics” experience using Workday. As a pivotal member of the People Operations team, you will partner across HR functions to support governance, benefits, compensation, and compliance during a critical transition. This is a hybrid, regional role focused on Poland, Spain, Czechia, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and process transformation. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead administrative execution of onboarding, including contract generation, background checks, and Day 1 readiness
• Manage employee changes (promotions, lateral moves, data corrections) in Workday
• Handle offboarding tasks and final documentation
• Act as Workday SME for cluster processes to ensure 100% data accuracy for payroll and reporting




• Partner with brokers to manage enrollment and troubleshooting of regional benefits
• Assist Total Rewards with annual cycles (merit increases, bonus payments) through data audits and communications
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal audit standards
• Support process harmonization for the standalone organization by re-wiring legacy ABB processes

Responsabilidades
• 5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services with multi-country experience
• Workday HCM advanced proficiency
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and how HR data affects payroll and benefits
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, transitions or carve-outs is advantageous
• Ability to explain complex HR policies clearly to employees and managers
• English plus Polish or Czech language proficiency
• Experience with BP flows and HR reporting
• Knowledge of Poland, Czech Republic, or Slovakia HR contexts is an asset
