Задачи

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for upper-SMB opportunities
Lead strategic discovery conversations with HR, Finance, and C-level executives
Apply the MEDDICC methodology to rigorously qualify opportunities, build champions, and close deals
Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to generate pipeline and provide value
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and impeccable CRM management in Salesforce
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process as the company scales in the United Kingdom
Требования

Have 2-3+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales in SMB or mid-market
Have bilingual or native Spanish and advanced English




Have deep knowledge and proven experience with MEDDICC or similar qualification frameworks
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, adapting messages to different stakeholders
Use a consultative, value-based sales approach focused on solving real business problems
Be comfortable selling in a fast-growing, high-performance startup environment
Nice to have: Experience selling to HR and/or Finance stakeholders
