Role Description The Head of E-commerce / Growth role at CIRCE Health Science is a full-time, on-site position based in Palma. This role is responsible for leading the overall e-commerce strategy, managing online sales channels, and driving sustainable revenue growth across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product listings and pricing, optimizing the customer journey and conversion funnels, coordinating digital campaigns with marketing, and monitoring performance across all e-commerce KPIs.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and customer support), identifying new growth opportunities, and implementing data-driven initiatives to improve acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. The Head of E-commerce / Growth will report on performance, manage budgets, and ensure that digital activities are aligned with the brand’s health science positioning and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, KPI tracking, and use of analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management,



including online store operations, platform administration, and conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth, revenue management, and developing commercial strategies for digital channels.
- Marketing expertise in digital campaigns, performance marketing, and customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience in business planning, forecasting, and budget management for e-commerce or growth-focused initiatives.
- Prior leadership experience, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Comfort with using CRM, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms; familiarity with A/B testing and growth experimentation methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or specialized certifications in digital commerce are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured, results-oriented working style; fluency in English, with Spanish or other European languages considered beneficial.
