The project! As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will support the implementation of the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local legislation, improving working conditions and maintaining safe workplaces.

This position could be based in either our Madrid or Barcelona office.

What will the role entail?

- Manage H&S; activities as an active member of the “Servicio de Prevención Mancomunado”, ensuring compliance with legislation and corporate standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections, defining and monitoring preventive measures.
- Coordinate occupational health surveillance and H&S; training.
- Manage H&S; documentation, including job adaptations,



pregnancy / breastfeeding protection and Contractor Management & Coordination ("CAE").
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and defining corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain emergency plans and coordinate first aid and emergency training.
- Support labour and H&S; inspections, audits and Safety Committees.
- Monitor H&S; KPIs and accident rates and promote a strong preventive culture.
- Keep up to date with H&S; legislation and regulatory changes.
- Provide support on integral H&S; matters, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and objectives.

Requirements
- University Degree
- Master in Health & Safety with the 3 specialties according to Spanish legislation (safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and psychosociology)
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Multi-site and international experience
- English B2
- Knowledge of local legislations in terms of Health & Safety
- Driving licence
- MS Office
