WE NEED SOMEONE WHO LOVES RECRUITING, ESPECIALLY WHEN RECRUITING GETS DIFFICULT.

MSP Education Group is growing and we are looking for a highly energetic, hands-on recruiter to join our team in Madrid.

This is not an HR consultancy, advisory or strategy position.

Your main job is very clear:

Find the people our business needs.

Bilingual teachers will represent an important part of your recruitment activity, alongside sales, administration, academic, operational and management profiles.

Some searches will be straightforward.

Others won't.

When LinkedIn and job boards stop producing good candidates, we need someone whose reaction is not “there are no candidates” but:

“Where else can I find them?”

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

- Personally source, contact, screen and interview candidates every day.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Recruit teachers and other profiles, sometimes within demanding deadlines.
- Build candidate pipelines before vacancies become urgent.
- Use LinkedIn and job boards but never depend exclusively on them.
- Develop alternative channels: universities, referrals, teacher networks, professional associations, direct sourcing, social media, events, partnerships and local initiatives.
- Re-engage previous candidates and continuously maintain talent pools.
- Track which channels actually produce successful hires.




- Anticipate recurring staffing requirements and prepare recruitment ahead of time.
- Work directly with managers to understand what they genuinely need.
- Continuously improve recruitment speed, quality and efficiency.

WHO WILL SUCCEED HERE?

Someone who is persistent, resourceful, organised and difficult to discourage.

You should have strong recent IN-HOUSE recruitment experience, ideally in Spain, and be comfortable personally owning a vacancy from the moment it appears until the person starts.

You should be professionally fluent in Spanish and comfortable proactively approaching candidates rather than waiting for applications.

We particularly value recruiters who can demonstrate how they found difficult candidates when the obvious recruitment channels failed.

IMPORTANT

If your recent experience has been predominantly recruitment consultancy, agency recruitment or external HR advisory, this is unlikely to be the right opportunity.

We are specifically looking for someone who has worked inside the business, personally recruiting its people and remaining responsible for the result.
