Job Description
As a Community Recruitment Officer (CRO), you will play a key role in building and scaling our Talent Community. You will act as a strategic partner to our Account Managers to understand business needs, identify the right experts, and connect them with our clients’ projects.
More than a traditional recruitment role, you will become a talent ecosystem builder, combining sourcing expertise, market knowledge, partner management, and continuous improvement to build sustainable talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Find the right talent for the right opportunities
Work closely with Account Managers to understand business needs and quickly identify the right experts.
Manage a high volume of recruitment needs, ensuring fast and accurate matching between projects and talents.
Build and execute strategic sourcing approaches to attract qualified profiles across different expertise areas.
Maintain an active pipeline of talents to respond quickly to business opportunities.
Build and nurture our Talent Community
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants,
freelancers, and experts to grow our Talent Community.
Keep our Talent Pool engaged, qualified, and updated to anticipate future business needs.
Act as a key contact for external partners (consulting firms, ESNs, and recruitment partners).
Develop strategic partnerships to expand our sourcing reach and ensure a sustainable flow of qualified profiles.
Improve and scale our recruitment approach
Contribute to improving our processes, tools, and ways of working to make recruitment more efficient and scalable.
Share market insights and ideas to continuously strengthen our sourcing strategy and talent ecosystem.
About You
Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in IT, Digital, or Consulting
Fluent in French and comfortable in English
Familiar with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
